Write the vision and make it plain

I have been seeking God’s direction and he has been highlighting the following verse to me.

The Book of Habakkuk is a short prophetic book in the Bible. It follows the dialogue between the prophet Habakkuk and God, addressing questions of justice, suffering, and faith.

In the first chapter, Habakkuk expresses his distress over the violence and injustice in Judah and questions why God tolerates it. God responds by revealing His plan to use the Babylonians as instruments of judgment, which troubles Habakkuk further. I feel this mirrors what we are seeing in the world right now.

In the second chapter, God instructs Habakkuk to write down a vision, affirming that although the fulfillment may seem delayed, it will certainly come to pass. This chapter also pronounces woes against various sins and injustices.

I believe God is releasing plans to his people in this hour. It is important for us to write them down and follow his lead. There will be great judgment but there will also be the fulfillment of what he has spoke and is speaking. Though it has taken much longer than expected, it will come to pass. He is looking for good stewards that will be lead by his spirit to handle the instructions and increase that is coming.

The verse highlighted above talks about the runner and reminded me of the following.

God is calling us to be separate from this world. We will need to rely even more on his spirt to lead us in the days to follow. I wanted to share this in hopes that it will bring clarity and encourage those who may be experiencing something similar in their lives.
